Mattias Lazda wins the 2nd prize in the Exploring Innovation in Appalachia Symposium

Mattias Lazda, a McGill Physics undergraduate student working in
Victoria Kaspi's group, wins the 2nd prize in the
inaugural
Exploring Innovation in Appalachia: an Undergraduate Research
Symposium, in the Astronomy/Physics/Math category,
for his talk “CHIME/FRB Outriggers: Improving FRB Localization
Using Measured Geometric Delay Rates”.
The event was hosted (virtually) by the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at
West Virginia University.
