Event Localisation In PICASSO Detectors*, François Aubin, for the PICASSO collaboration , Montreal University — In order to identify and discriminate against possible background sources in PICASSO detectors, a localisation algorithm for event reconstruction has been elaborated. The starting times of the nine channels from an event are extracted and the event is reconstructed by using a minimum chi-squared algorithm with the Minuit library.
