The Hunt for the Quark-Gluon-Plasma -
Did We or Did We Not Witness the Little Bang?

Dr. Sangyong Jeon

I examine the report of Quark Gluon Plasma presented by CERN from a theorist's point of view. The emphasis will be on understanding what is really known theoretically and what may be known and what is speculative. Then I'll compare the published data against the theoretical idea to see if any of the proposed signal was indeed observed. I'll also comment on what I think is needed to be done at RHIC and LHC.
