Outreach

I have been involved inoutreach activities at McGill since my arrival. I am involved in the McGill open house and ATLAS masterclass organisation and am also in charge of the physics matters public lecture series. As the 2018-2019 outreach coordinator, I will be developing activity modules to be taken to high school classes.

In 2017 I built a magnet model of the ATLAS detector that is now used at the ATLAS group outreach activities. Now I am focusing on repairing and improving the Mcgill spark chamber. This detector detects muons from cosmic rays and enables their visualisation in real time.
